Ikegami introduces Fiber Extension System for GFCAM Camcorder (14/7/2009)

FE-C10/ FE-B10 Fiber Extension System

By attaching FE-C10 Fiber Camera Adaptor, HD-SDI and 2ch Audio signals can be transmitted up to 2km. FE-B10 Fiber Base Station can transmit RET(HD-SDI), Intercom, Genlock and Tally signals to camera head, thus expanding the system capabilities of GFCAMTM. For Studio and OB application. Conventional Ikegami Remote Control panel (OCP, RCP, RM etc) can also be connected direct to FE-B10.

The CCU is equipped with HD/SD-SDI outputs, intercom, tally, and return signal inputs. A Link Monitor provides information about signal communication status between camera adapter and CCU.

The Ikegami Fiber Extension System is expanding the capabilities of GFCAM camcorder for Studio and OB applications.
