EVS Unveils its IPEdit Real-Time Editing Solution for Fast Turnaround Production (9/9/2008)

At IBC2008, EVS will present IPEdit, its new timeline editing solution for fast turnaround and real-time broadcasting environments.

IPEdit is the very latest on-the-fly editing solution from EVS offering real-time performance based on the XT[2] server's field-proven reliability. IPEdit is fully integrated in the IPDirector suite, the renowned integrated content management system from EVS offering unmatched levels of live and near-live media production capabilities from ingest to playout. This new module features complete timeline editing performance with no rendering process required for playout.

IPEdit integrates all timeline editing key functions such as drag-and-drop, keyboard shortcuts, and video and audio transition effects, while offering the advantages of a true online production process.
